Born in Caracas, Venezuela.  Studied fine arts and dance in Barcelona, Spain and München, Germany.  3-year acting diploma at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. SKILLS Fluent in Italian, German, French and Spanish.  Dance and movement.  Carlos Wagner has designed set and costumes for four of his own productions
